Debit Cards provide a convenient alternative to writing checks and assist in managing your debt since it only accesses available funds in your checking account. Each cardholder is issued a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to protect against identity theft or fraud. Non-Bank of Clarke County ATMs are subject to a withdrawal fee.
